Like we told you, this is what happens when a police evidence photo is leaked to the public. People magazine reports, “Geragos indicated at court Wednesday that he intends to file a motion to dismiss the case because of police leaks in the investigation.” This gave the Brown defense a foothold and could very well make it possible for Brown to get off entirely. The flip side is, he deserves a fair trial like anyone else and the photo leak has polluted the jury pool and aguably made a fair trial impossible. Rihanna’s Law is aimed at preventing incidents such as this from staning in the way of fair judicial proceedure.
